The patient is a 26-year-old woman who wished to have a smaller waist with larger buttocks. She underwent liposuction of the abdomen, love handles and lower back, followed by Brazilian Butt Lift (fat grafting to the buttocks). She is seen 6 weeks after surgery with a fuller, rounder butt. A total of 660 mls was put into the patient’s left cheek and 540 mls was placed into her right.
