The patient is a 19-year-old woman who was concerned about excessive fat of the abdomen, love handles and back; she also wished to have a bigger, more lifted butt. She underwent liposuction of the abdomen, love handles, and back. She then underwent Brazilian Butt Lift. 890 cc of fat was injected into the right buttock and 790 cc was injected into the left buttock. She is seen six weeks postoperatively.
