Dr. Sam Jejurikar is a board-certified plastic surgeon who has practiced aesthetic plastic surgery in Dallas for more than twenty years. He is President of the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute, where he focuses on cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body, including facelift, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, breast lift, tummy tuck, mommy makeover and liposuction.
Body contouring after pregnancy and weight loss, including tummy tuck and mommy makeover, makes up a large part of his practice, and in 2026 Newsweek recognized him specifically for facelift, liposuction and tummy tuck. He sees patients at his office on North Central Expressway and performs surgery at Dallas Day Surgery Center, a fully accredited outpatient surgery center.
He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties to certify surgeons in plastic surgery of the entire body. Patients come to him for results that look natural and proportionate to their own frame, and for a surgeon who will tell them honestly what surgery can and cannot do.
Education and Training
Dr. Jejurikar earned his undergraduate degree and his medical degree at the University of Michigan, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society. He completed his integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Michigan, then a fellowship in aesthetic surgery at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York, one of the country’s leading centers for cosmetic surgery training. He later earned an Executive MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business.

Newsweek has named Dr. Jejurikar one of America’s Best Plastic Surgeons every year from 2022 through 2026. He was named a Texas Monthly Super Doctor every year from 2018 through 2025, a Castle Connolly Top Doctor every year since 2024, and one of D Magazine’s Best Doctors in Dallas in 2012 and every year from 2020 through 2025. Teaching, Research and the Podcast
Dr. Jejurikar serves as a peer reviewer for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and PRS Global Open, the journals of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He has co-authored research published in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Aesthetic Surgery Journal, Annals of Plastic Surgery, the Journal of Surgical Research and Microsurgery.
He co-hosts the Beauty and the Beasts podcast with Dr. Sal Pacella, where two practicing plastic surgeons talk candidly about procedures, recovery, trends and what patients should know before surgery.
His Approach
Every plan starts with a careful consultation. Dr. Jejurikar uses Crisalix 3D imaging so patients can see a simulation of their own result before deciding, and he designs each operation around the patient’s anatomy rather than a standard template. After surgery, patients have access to his recovery program, including non-opioid pain control and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Beyond his Dallas practice, he has volunteered his surgical skills on a cleft lip and palate mission to Bangladesh.
