Not every tired-looking face needs surgery. For patients with early signs of aging, or those who want improvement without downtime, a liquid facelift uses fillers and neuromodulators together to restore lost volume, lift and soften lines in a single office visit. At my practice these treatments are performed by our expert nurse injectors, with my input on the plan, so you get a surgeon’s eye for facial balance with a non-surgical approach.

What a Liquid Facelift Can Do

• Restore volume to deflated cheeks, temples and the area under the eyes
• Soften the folds between the nose and mouth and the lines at the corners of the mouth
• Sharpen the jawline and strengthen a weak chin
• Smooth frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet with Botox or Dysport
• Refine the lips and the lines around them

What It Cannot Do

Filler adds volume. It does not remove loose skin, lift jowls or tighten a neck, and trying to make it do those things leads to the overfilled look everyone wants to avoid. If your main concern is sagging rather than deflation, a facelift will give you a far better, longer-lasting result, and we will tell you so honestly.

What to Expect

Treatment takes 30 to 60 minutes in the office with topical numbing. You can return to work the same day. Mild swelling and occasional bruising settle within a few days. Filler results are immediate and last roughly 9 to 18 months depending on the product and area; neuromodulators take about a week to work and last three to four months.

Dr. Sam is straightforward and knowledgeable.I  did my research and please go research about him before going for your first visit. I was at peace going through this journey because I knew I was in good hands He does not sell you a fantasy. He tells you what he can do and what he will not overdo.
He is not a “cosmetic clinic” doctor with a short course. He completed a long U.S. plastic-surgery residency, added a cosmetic fellowship, passed the plastic-surgery board.

I came in wanting an extended abdominoplasty, muscle repair, and VASER liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back. I also did bilateral breast augmentation with Motiva Ergonomix (small, mini profile, about 245–255 cc) and fat grafting to my hip dips.  He explained the plan clearly: tighten the separated muscle, take the extra skin, shape the waist and back, keep my natural butt, and only put a modest amount of fat in the dips so it would have a better chance to survive. He said he did not do too much fat on purpose. That honesty mattered to me.
Before surgery the office was organized. Medications were sent to my pharmacy with clear instructions — . They also recommended hyperbaric oxygen to help the fat grafts snd overall healing. He answered questions about implants vs fat in the breasts, sensation, and what was realistic at my size (5'9", about 205 lbs, size 12). He did not promise I would wake up a different person.
Surgery day was a long day, but the team knew the plan. Spend one night at hotel. Nurses were incredibly.  I was sore, tight, and tired, which he had already prepared me for. I still cannot stand fully straight, I have drains, I wear the binder and board, and I have numb patches on my belly and back. One side of my back is more sore and numb.  I went home the next day feeling ready for my healing journey.  Few days a little leak around the drain after using the bathroom happened. He and the staff treat that as expected if it is only a little. They took about 8 lbs of skin and fat. My scale went up to 207–208 from swelling. That scared me until I understood it was fluid, not failure.
I am only about a week and a half out, so this is not a final-result review. The waist is still swollen. The implants sit high. The hip fill looks full because of swelling plus the fat they placed. I know the real shape takes months. What I can say now is that he was direct, he did the operation we agreed on, and he did not push extra procedures I did not need.
If you want a doctor who talks straight, knows mommy-makeover surgery, and will keep a fat transfer conservative so it lasts, Dr. Sam is a good choice. I love his staffs This is the best gift I could give me. Love it .

I highly recommend Dr. Sam. I needed breast revision surgery because of capsular contracture, and two other doctors had declined to operate because of the condition and my age. Finding the right plastic surgeon is not always easy, and I’m sharing my experience in hopes that it may help others making this very personal decision.
