This is a 33 year old woman who had 3 children, all of whom she breast fed. With this, she developed breast droopiness and loss of volume, as well as a flaccid abdominal wall with excessive skin and fat. She underwent a tummy tuck with a small amount of liposuction of the hips, as well as breast augmentation through an inframammary incision which is the crease below the breast. Moderate profile 300 cc saline implants were used, which were overfilled to 330 ccs. She is seen three months after surgery with dramatic improvements in the appearance of her breasts and abdomen.
