This is 41 year old woman who complained about droopiness of the breasts and loss of breast volume, as well as bulging of the abdominal wall, after childbirth. She wanted to avoid as many visible scars as possible. Breast augmentation with an inframammary incision which is below the breast crease, as well as a tummy tuck with liposuction of the hips, was performed.
