The patient is a 27-year-old woman who developed excessive fat of the thighs, lower back and love handles after pregnancy. She presented for liposuction with Brazilian Butt Lift (buttock augmentation with her own fat). She is seen three months after surgery with a firmer, shapelier butt. She also underwent a tummy tuck, accounting for her flatter abdomen.
