The patient is a 51-year-old woman with excessive fat and skin of the abdominal wall, love handles, back, buttocks. She underwent a lower body lift (circumferential abdominoplasty) with extensive liposuction of the back, abdomen, and love handles. She is seen four months out from surgery with a dramatically different appearance to the abdomen, flanks, back, and butt.
