The patient is a 52-year-old woman who previously had undergone saline breast augmentation and now had a delated right breast implant. She wished to undergo replacement of the right-sided implant and wished placement of a large implant on the left. Dr. Jejurikar performed removal of her ruptured right saline breast implant and removal of her intact left saline breast implant. 750 cc saline implants were then placed in both sides, in accordance with the patient’s wishes. She also underwent tummy tuck (not shown). She is seen six weeks postop with full, perky breasts.
