This is a patient in her 50s who had undergone previous breast augmentation. Over time, her implants fell (implant malposition) and she no longer had the superior pole projection she desired. She underwent removal of her intact breast implants and underwent placement of an internal bra with Strattice mesh, which is an artificial skin substitute used commonly in breast reconstruction. She also had a breast lift and a breast augmentation with 550 cc high profile silicone gel implants. She is seen here 9 months after surgery with larger breasts with ample superior pole projection.
