This patient was bothered by the appearance of her upper eyelid hooding and an aging appearance to the lower eyelids. Dr. Jejurikar performed upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) with the addition of fractionated fat to the lower eyelids. No incisions were made on the outer aspect of the lower eyelids – just the uppers! She’s seen one year postop with a refreshed appearance.
