This patient presented with 300 cc Mentor implants and significant capsular contracture, which caused tightness and a pronounced gap between the breasts. To restore a more natural appearance and improve symmetry, Dr. Jejurikar performed an implant exchange with a complete capsulectomy.

New 520 cc Allergan Soft Touch Full Profile implants were placed, along with TIGR mesh to create an internal bra for additional support and long-term stability.

At just 3 months post-op, the result is soft, natural, and beautifully balanced.
