Breast Revision with Implant Exchange and FlexHD Internal Bra
This patient presented with elongated, distorted breasts and signs of a Grade IV capsular contracture, particularly on the left side. In surgery, both implants were found to be ruptured.

She underwent implant exchange to 650 cc full-profile gummy bear implants. A FlexHD acellular dermal matrix was used to reinforce the lower pole and provide internal support, helping prevent recurrent contracture and improve implant positioning.

These photos were taken two months after surgery and show a lifted, more youthful breast contour with restored symmetry and shape.
