Implant Exchange with Internal Bra Support – 6 Weeks Postop

This patient came to us wanting to be fuller and more lifted after a previous breast augmentation. We performed an implant exchange using 550 cc Motiva Round implants in the subfascial plane, along with a TIGR bioresorbable mesh internal bra. This internal support helps keep the implants higher and closer together, improving upper pole fullness and giving her a more youthful, natural-looking result. These photos are just 6 weeks after surgery. She’s healing beautifully and couldn’t be happier.
