This patient is 3 months after breast augmentation with Motiva 380 cc Demi profile implants. Implants were placed in a submuscular pocket with internal bra support using bio-absorbable TIGR mesh to reinforce the lower pole and help prevent downward or lateral shift. Early softness and shape are visible at this stage.
