The patient is a 51 year old woman who had multiple children. She did not like her flabby abdominal wall and drooping breasts. She underwent breast augmentation with 330 cc moderate profile, smooth round implants, as well as abdominoplasty and liposuction of the hips. She is seen 6 weeks after surgery. Although she still has some swelling, the transformation of her abdominal wall and breasts is remarkable.
