The patient is a very nice 37-year-old woman who had previously undergone buttock augmentation with lipoinjection of the buttocks (Brazilian butt lift). Although she had an ample derriere, she still wanted to have more volume. Liposuction of the central lower back, posterior flanks, and upper back only was performed. Due to patient preference, liposuction of the outer thighs was not performed. Brazilian butt lift with 500 cc of fat added to each buttock was performed. The patient is seen 6 weeks out from surgery.
