The patient is a 53 year old woman who was unhappy with appearing tired. Her upper eyelid skin drooped so much that the skin touched her eyelash margin. She underwent an upper eyelid lift blepharoplasty; this consisted of Dr. Jejurikar removing skin and fat from her upper eyelids. She is seen 4 months after surgery with cleaner, crisper upper eyelids. The incision is barely perceptible. She now looks as refreshed as she feels!
