This patient presented with a particularly heavy, full neck and significant facial laxity, making her a challenging surgical case. To address these concerns, Dr. Jejurikar performed comprehensive facial and neck rejuvenation, including liposuction of the neck, extensive contouring and midline tightening of the platysma muscles (platysmal corset), and facelift with SMAS suspension.
