This is a challenging revision case! The patient had previously undergone breast augmentation by another surgeon. Postoperatively, she noted that the left breast was markedly smaller than the right. Furthermore, the right breast had “bottomed out” and was sitting too low. Dr. Jejurikar performed a complicated revision that involved tightening both breast pockets using an internal bra technique (Galaflex mesh). He also changed the patient’s left-sided implant (right in the picture) to give her symmetry. She’s seen 6 months out from surgery with symmetric and lifted breasts!
