The patient is a 39 year old woman who experienced significant changes to the breasts and abdomen after multiple pregnancies. She underwent tummy tuck with flank liposuction, as well as breast augmentation with breast lift. On her right breast, which was smaller and less droopy, she underwent a lift with a circumareolar incision around the pigmented skin surrounding the nipple with placement of a 375 cc high profile silicone gel implant. On the left breast, which was droopier, she underwent a lift with a circumvertical lollipop incision and augmentation with a 300 cc high profile silicone gel implant. She isseen 2 months after surgery with a dramatically improved body shape and size.
