The patient is a 40-year-old woman who underwent ultrasound assisted liposuction of the abdomen (VASER). She underwent removal of 525 cc of fat removal from the anterior abdominal wall. She is seen 3 months after the procedure. Although the patient was quite fit prior to surgery, she has a dramatically improved appearance to the abdomen after liposuction.
