This is a 38 year old woman who had three children, all of whom she breast fed. With this, she developed smaller, flatter and droopier breasts. She underwent a breast lift and augmentation with saline 400 cc high profile implants. The incision used for the lift went around the areola pigmented skin around the nipple, but no other incisions were used. She is seen 6 weeks after surgery with fuller and perkier breasts.
