This is a very nice young woman who Dr. Jejurikar performed a hybrid breast augmentation using a breast implant (365 cc silicone gummy bear implants) and well as a fat transfer. The fat transfer was performed to provide more upper pole fullness than the implants alone could provide without making the breasts larger than the patient wanted. She’s seen before and 6 months after surgery with more youthful and fuller breasts.
