This is a young woman who developed sagging of the breasts after multiple pregnancies and breastfeeding. She wished to undergo a breast lift and wanted more fullness of the upper aspects of the breasts, but did not wish to undergo placement of a breast implant. Dr. Jejurikar performed a breast lift using “Auto Augmentation”, which involves repositioning her breast tissue higher in the breast and using fat grafting to add volume and cleavage. She is seen two months postop with a dramatic transformation.
