This is an almost 60-year-old woman who was unhappy with the appearance of her abdominal wall and breasts after pregnancy and aging. She underwent tummy tuck and small volume fat grafting to the breasts, as she only wanted a small increase in breast size. Her postop photos are a year out from surgery and reveal a dramatic change to the abdomen and subtle changes to the breasts, with a slight increase in size but a more youthful appearance with more upper pole fullness.
