This is a 44 year old woman who lost volume and breast projection after pregnancy. She underwent breast augmentation with silicone 380 cc smooth round moderate profile implants (Sientra) placed through an inframammary incision below the breast crease. She is seen 6 weeks after surgery with fuller, more shapely breasts.
