Patient is a 47-year-old woman who wanted breast augmentation with saline breast implants. Dr. Sam Jejurikar performed breast augmentation using an incision in the inframammary crease. Saline breast implants,  435 cc on the right and 425 cc on the left, were placed.  She is seen 6 weeks after surgery is full, round breasts; this was her desired aesthetic result.
