The patient is a 49 year old woman who was unhappy with the tired appearance of her eyes. She underwent an upper eyelid lift blepharoplasty with removal of skin and fat from her upper eyelids. She is seen 2 months after surgery with cleaner, crisper upper eyelids and a less tired appearance.
