This is a 49 year old woman who complained about fat of her lower abdominal wall, love handles and low back. She underwent tumescent liposuction tickle liposuction while she was awake. 2,350 mls of fat were removed. She tolerated the procedure with minimal discomfort and is seen six months after surgery. Her lower abdominal pooch is dramatically improved in appearance and her love handles are less prominent.
