The patient is a very nice 32-year-old woman who has had 2 children, both of whom she breastfed. With this, she experienced deflation of the breasts. She underwent breast augmentation through a periareolar incision with Allergan midrange profile silicone implants (371cc). She is seen 2.5 months after surgery with fuller, shapelier breasts.
