Patient is very nice 46-year-old woman who developed loss of breast volume and droopiness after having children. She desired breast augmentation but did not want a breast lift to correct her pre-existing asymmetry. She underwent breast augmentation with silicone gel implants (339 cc, midrange profile) and is seen 4 months after surgery.
