The patient is a 30-year-old woman who wanted curvier and larger buttocks. She underwent liposuction of the entire trunk, including the tummy, flanks, and back. Fat transfer to the buttocks was then performed, with over 1100 ccs injected into each buttock. She is seen 6 weeks postoperatively with a dramatically different appearance to her body, not to mention a bigger butt!
