The patient is a 30-year-old woman who developed excessive fat of the tummy, thighs, lower back and love handles. She presented for liposuction with Brazilian Butt Lift (buttock augmentation with her own fat). She is seen 8 weeks after surgery with a bigger, shapelier butt. She also underwent a tummy tuck and breast augmentation, accounting for her flatter tummy and fuller breasts.
