The patient is a 50 year old woman who experienced significant changes to the breasts and abdomen after multiple pregnancies. She underwent tummy tuck with love handle liposuction, as well as breast augmentation with circumvertical (lollipop) breast lift. Silicone breast implants (300 cc moderate profile) were used.  She is seen 3 months after surgery with a flat tummy and fuller breasts.
