Patient is a 33-year-old male with an underprojected chin. Dr. Jejurikar discussed chin augmentation with a solid silicone implant, as well as potential rhinoplasty (nasal surgery).  The patient ultimately chose chin implant surgery without rhinoplasty. He is seen 5 months after surgery with more projection of the chin. The chin, which is in the crease below the chin, is not visible.
