This is a 20-something year old woman who wanted a more curvaceous buttock with better projection. She underwent Brazilian Butt Lift with liposuction of her back, flanks, abdomen and thighs, followed by sculpting of her buttocks with fat. She is seen six months postoperatively with shapelier buttocks.
