This is a young woman who wished suffered back and neck pain caused by her large breasts. Dr. Jejurikar performed a small volume breast reduction and breast lift (mastopexy). He also liposuction and used the removed fat to add volume to the upper aspect of the breasts, as well as the inner portions to create more cleavage. The patient is seen three months postop. Not only is her preoperative pain gone, but she has lifted and lighter breasts with a rounder shape and no implants!
