This is a nice 36-year-old woman who developed deflation of the breasts after pregnancy and childbirth. She did not want to undergo a formal breast lift. Instead, she underwent breast augmentation with silicone gummy bear implants (375 cc round moderate on the right and 405 cc round moderate on the left). Her postoperative photos are nearly two years out from surgery and reveal a natural yet full appearance.
