The patient is a very nice 47-year-old woman who experienced deflation and loss of breast volume over time. She underwent breast augmentation through an inframammary incision with Sientra high profile silicone implants bilaterally (465cc). She is seen 2.5 months after surgery with fuller, shapelier breasts.
