The patient is a very nice 38-year-old woman who lost volume and upper pole fullness from both breasts after pregancy and breast feeding. She wished to undergo breast augmentation with silicone gel form stable implants (gummy bear). Dr. Jejurikar selected 300 cc Sientra silicone implants (smooth round high profile).  The implants were placed through an incision in the inframammary crease. The patient is seen 5 months after surgery with a full, natural appearing result.
