The patient is a 37-year-old woman who experienced significant changes to the breast after breastfeeding her children. In addition to breast deflation and droopiness, she experienced significant asymmetry, with the left breast much droopier than the right. She underwent breast augmentation (Allergan 371 cc silicone implants) with simultaneous breast lift (circumvertical or lollipop incision) and is seen 4 months postoperatively with full, perky breasts.
