This is a young woman who wanted dramatically larger buttocks but was unable to put on weight. As a result, she was not a good candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (buttock augmentation with fat). Dr. Jejurikar performed buttock augmentation with silicone implants (460 cc); he also performed liposuction of the flanks and back to shape her body. Postoperative photos have been taken three months after surgery.
