This patient is a woman in her 60s with flat, nonexistent buttocks. She underwent buttock augmentation with a Brazilian Butt Lift to create more curvaceous buttocks. Dr. Jejurikar performed liposuction of the love handles, thighs, abdomen, knees, and back. From this, 650 milliliters of fat was injected into each buttock. She is seen 8 weeks postoperatively with improved shape and projection of the butt.
