The patient is a very nice 38-year-old woman who has had 4 children as well as previous C-section. With this, she experienced deflation of the breasts and bulging of the abdominal wall. She wished to undergo mommy makeover, or tummy tuck with liposuction and breast augmentation. Dr. Jejurikar performed breast augmentation through an inframammary incision with Sientra moderate profile silicone implants (320cc). She also underwent an tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with liposuction of the love handles and reshaping of the belly button.
