This is a 20 year old women with breathing problems and a crooked nose. She underwent an open rhinoplasty which is a small incision between the nostrils with incisions inside the nose. Her nasal bones were broken to straighten the nose, nasal hump was reduced, the nasal tip was elevated, and the septum was straightened to help her breathing. This is her two months postoperatively, still with a considerable amount of swelling of her nasal tip this can take 6-12 months to dissipate fully. Even with residual swelling, a dramatically improved nasal appearance is obvious
