This patient is shown 1.5 years after breast implant exchange combined with a breast lift and internal bra support using GalaFLEX mesh. She was downsized from 350 cc silicone implants to 275 cc moderate profile cohesive gel implants (“gummy bear” implants) to create a lighter, more refined look.

By reducing implant volume and adding structural support with an internal bra, we were able to elevate her breast position, improve upper pole contour, and create a slimmer, more athletic silhouette. The lift reshaped the breast tissue while the mesh provides long-term reinforcement to help maintain positioning.

At a year and a half postoperatively, her results remain stable with no implant malposition. The breasts appear higher, perkier, and proportionally balanced with her frame, demonstrating the durability of combining downsizing with internal support.
