Case Description:
This patient underwent massive weight loss, resulting in significant breast deflation and loss of upper pole fullness. To restore a more youthful, natural shape, Dr. Jejurikar performed a two-stage breast enhancement.

Stage I involved a breast lift with fat grafting to improve shape and correct skin laxity.
Stage II included breast augmentation using Motiva 310 cc Mini Ergonomix implants, combined with an internal bra using TIGR mesh placed prophylactically to provide support and reduce the risk of bottoming out over time.

Result:
Seen 3 months after stage 2 surgery, the patient has soft, natural-looking fullness with beautifully elevated, balanced breasts. She is extremely happy with her outcome.
