This patient is seen 9 months after breast augmentation with mastopexy (breast lift). Implants were Sientra 350 cc high profile gummy bear implants. Her incisions include an incision around the pigmented areola, a vertical extension downwards and a horizontal incision in the breast crease, otherwise known as an anchor pattern or Wise pattern. She’s seen with fuller, rounder and perkier breasts!
