Am I a candidate for a neck lift or just neck liposuction?
Men with good skin elasticity and fullness under the chin may do well with neck liposuction alone. Once the skin is loose or the neck muscle has separated into bands, a neck lift gives a cleaner, longer-lasting result.

Usually a small incision under the chin and incisions that follow the back of the ear into the hairline. They are planned to hide with short haircuts.
Can I have a neck lift without a facelift?

How long is recovery?
Most men return to desk work in about one week. A compression garment is worn for a short time, and hard workouts resume after about four weeks.
